ARTICLE 1 : Object

The present "general conditions of use" have for object the legal framing of the use of the site residence-petitbois.fr and its services.

This contract is between :

Toute personne physique ou morale souhaitant accéder au site et à ses services, ci-après appelé « l’Utilisateur ».

The general terms and conditions of use must be accepted by any User, and access to the site constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

ARTICLE 2 : Legal notice

The site residence-petitbois.fr is published by the company CDV SAS with the capital of 10 000 €, whose registered office is located at 4 RUE DU LAOS 75015 PARIS.

The company is represented by Daniel SURDEJ

ARTICLE 3: access to services

The User of the site residence-petitbois.fr has access to the following services:

  • Presentation of rental properties
  • Request for information
  • Online booking via our partner

Any User with access to the Internet may access the Site free of charge from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access the Site (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher.

The Site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, in particular for maintenance purposes, without any obligation to give notice or justification.

ARTICLE 4 : Responsibility of the User

The User assumes the whole responsibility for the use which it makes of information and contents present on the residence-petitbois.fr site.

Any use of the service by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damage shall be subject to compensation to the site.

By publishing on the site, the User gives the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, disseminate and distribute its publication, directly or through an authorized third party.

ARTICLE 5: Responsibility of the Publisher

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the server or the network.

Similarly, the responsibility of the site can not be engaged in case of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.

The Publisher reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources, although the information published on the site is deemed reliable.

ARTICLE 6 : Intellectual property

The contents of the site residence-petitbois.fr (logos, texts, graphic elements, videos, etc.) are protected by the royalty, in accordance with the Code of the intellectual property.

The User will have to obtain the authorization of the editor of the site before any reproduction, copy or publication of these various contents.

These may be used by users for private purposes; any commercial use is prohibited.

The User is entirely responsible for any content he/she puts online and undertakes not to harm any third party.

The Site Editor reserves the right to freely moderate or delete content posted by users at any time without justification.

ARTICLE 7 : Personal data

The site residence-petitbois.fr guarantees the respect of the private life of the user, in accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms.

The site is declared to the CNIL.

In accordance with articles 39 and 40 of the law dated January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his personal data. The User exercises this right via :

ARTICLE 8 : Hypertext links

The domains towards which the hypertext links present on the site lead do not engage the responsibility of the Editor of residence-petitbois.fr, who has no control over these links.

It is possible for a third party to create a link towards a page of the residence-petitbois.fr site without express authorization of the editor.

ARTICLE 9 : Evolution of the general conditions of use

The site residence-petitbois.fr reserves the right to modify the clauses of these general conditions of use constantly and without justification.

ARTICLE 10 : Duration of the contract

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract is effective for the User as of the beginning of the use of the service.

ARTICLE 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction

This contract is governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute between the User and the Publisher that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
